Drop off and pick up:

• Please arrive on time. If a student is more than 15 minutes late, they will not be allowed to participate in that class and it will be counted as a missed class. 

• Please pick up your child within 5 minutes after the end of class. If late pickups occur frequently, we will have to start charging a $5 late pick up fee. 

• Early drop off and late pick up can be arranged in advance on a case by case basis.

• Parents are welcome to stay and watch for the first class. After that, we ask that parents drop off their child and return to pick them up at the end of class.

 

Missed classes and cancellation:

• Please let us know 24hrs in advance if you are going to be missing a class. 

• Monthly tuition will be charged in full each month. The fee will not be reduced, refunded, or carried forward for missed classes or planned absences. Exceptions can be made for planned absences of three classes or more with at least two week's notice. 

• Missed classes can be made up within 30 days of the missed class. Makeup classes are optional and offered when available. Please contact me to schedule a makeup class. 

• For students enrolled twice per week, makeup classes will be offered by extending the next two lessons to 1.5 hours. 

• If the instructor needs to cancel a class, families may choose to attend a makeup class or have the fee for that class credited toward the following month. 

• If you have special circumstances that might require an exception, please feel free to discuss them with me. I’m happy to make adjustments as needed.

• Please stay home if your child is showing any signs of illness and inform us as soon as possible.

 

Payment and referral discounts:

• Tuition is paid on a monthly basis at the start of each month by etransfer or cash. Please pay by the first class of each month.

• If the tuition has not been paid by the second class of each month, your child will not be able to attend class until tuition has been paid. 

• If you refer a student to our class and they stay for 4 paid classes, you and the student you referred will each get a free class
